Please carefully read the rules of accommodation resort complex «OSONNYA» Karpathians

I. General provisions

  • 1. These rules are based on the current legislation of Ukraine, decrees of the State Committee of Ukraine on housing - public utilities, the State Committee of Ukraine on tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the requirements of the International Hotel Association Council.
  • 2. Entertainment complex «OSONNYA» Karpathians - ensures guests compliance with all the rules of confidentiality.
  • 3. Smoking in the recreation complex «OSONNYA» Karpathians, except in designated areas is prohibited.
  • 4. The hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty for the guests violations of fire safety, smoking in the wrong places and non-legitimate claims administration.
  • 5. Comments and suggestions regarding recreation complex «OSONNYA» Karpathians can be left at reception by filling out the form located in your room.

II. Hotel Policies

  • 1. The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out time - 12:00 departure - 12:00, check-in hotel - 14:00.
  • 2. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 09:00 to 11:00 am. If you wish to have breakfast before this time, please contact the administrator at 20:00 the day before. We offer you breakfast in the lunch box.
  • 3. Please leave valuables and documents in a safe at the reception or in the room. By the way, left unattended in the room, the responsibility of the guest.
  • 4. Additional free services: medical emergencies, taxi, wake-up calls, issUAHce of garment accessories, use Wi-Fi.
  • 5. Please cherish hotel property, observe fire safety of the hotel. Leaving the room, please close windows, faucets hygiene in the room, turn off lights and other electrical appliances.
  • 6.In the event of damage to property Property visitor to fully compensate for the costs according to actual market prices at the time of causing material damage.
  • 7. Guests take into account and do not object to the use of on-site video surveillance system except bathrooms and private apartments guest.

In order to ensure order and security in the hotel is prohibited:

  • 1. Smoking in rooms, halls and rooms of the hotel except in designated areas.
  • 2. Use electrical appliances in the room except authorized for use.

  • 7. Violate generally accepted norms of behavior, including stay in the hotel under the influence of drugs.
  • 8. Identify aggressive actions that endanger the health or property of others.
  • 9. Take actions that violate the peace and prevent the other guests (lead loud talk, listen to music after 22:00 hrs.);
  • 10. Cause damage to property hotel.
  • 11. Placing guests in the room after 23:00 without pay and register their stay.
  • 12. Deliver room pets. Exception - dogs and cats weighing up to 7 kg.

III. ORDER BOOK, Registration of residence and the cost of hotels

  • 1. Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel, in cash, by bank transfer or credit card, according to the current hotel price list. Payment for accommodation and additional services carried out in the national currency. Children under 6 years without extra bed stay free at the hotel.
  • 2. For a guaranteed reservation at a hotel, carried prepayment of 50% of the cost of living, with the next payment on the settlement amount remaining per stay.
  • 2.1. Prepayment of 50% of the total amount for accommodation must be made within one business day following the day of booking.
  • 2.2. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests in case the conditions specified in 2.1 ..
  • 2.3. Guest may cancel booking accommodation at the hotel without penalty 14 days prior to arrival.
  • 2.4. Penalty sanctions:
  • - If cancellation accommodation in a period of 14 to 10 days prior to the date of settlement, the guest returns 25% of the input amount prepaid.

    - At cancellation stay less than 10 days prior to settlement, the advance is not refundable.

    - In case of early departure, National and possible return of funds that were paid on arrival provided an application at the reception at the reception hotel for three days before departure.

  • 3. For stays less than one day charged in the amount of the full cost of nights.
  • 4. Early arrival (before 14.00) or late check-out (after 12:00) guests granted only in the presence of free places in the hotel and no applications for similar date and paid according to the price list at (50% of the room per night).
  • 5. Upon arrival guests provided a document confirming their identity (passport Ukraine, foreign passport) filling the registration form and submit payment for hotel accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who did not show identification or refused to pay for your accommodation.
  • 6.Accommodation can continue with availability in a hotel for at least a half day room rate tariffs according to the hotel.
  • 7. Guests stay in your room after 23:00 must pre-register in reception and accommodation and pay the rent in accordance with approved tariffs.
  • 8. In order extras visitor makes full prepayment for all necessary services.
  • 9. If you go to a hotel, leave the room key at the reception at the reception. In case of loss of key administrator Reception guests will give you a new key in value according to the current price list.
  • 10. On the day of departure room key seems administrator at the reception. After checking the payment is maid room extras away. If you advance the time of your departure at reception, we will try to reduce the time of your departure.
